Have you got experience of providing a comprehensive and high quality administrative service to a Director or senior manager within a large and complex organisation within or like the NHS?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the GSTT Integrated Care Transformation Programme directorate as a Business Coordinator. We are looking for an individual with good experience in an office environment and have gained significant administrative, secretarial, organisational and analytical skills as well as excellent attention to detail.

We are also looking for someone who is proactive, able to handle busy workloads, manage a complex diary, work on their own initiative and prioritise, as well as being resourceful, and able to evidence a full range of excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This post reports directly to the Director of Operations and Partnerships and supported by the Business Support and Office Manager.
