We are currently recruiting for a number of Band 5 - Nursing roles within our Emergency Department and ED - Clinical Decision Unit. These roles suit nurses who preferably have 6 months experience in an acute setting or are newly qualified but with an interest in and aspiration to develop within the realm of emergency nursing.

To be successful within this role you will be an enthusiastic, motivated nurse and possess excellent communication, listening, organisational and time management skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of the team and be adaptable to the changing situations that occur within a busy Emergency Department. You will have a mature, compassionate and sensitive manner with a genuine desire and passion to help people. You must have the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy with good practical skills inspiring confidence and trust to all patients. All our nurses need to apply a non-judgemental attitude to care and have a clear understanding of confidentiality. It is essential you have a flexible approach to work, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
