Our values of People Focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence- PRIDE are important to us and here’s how they relate to our work:

Our aim is to provide the best possible recruitment services to the Trust and this requires the Recruitment team to be dedicated to understanding the system and processes we have and to meeting the needs of our “customers”- the people who apply to work here and who already work here.

We understand that delivering an excellent service to those that are coming to work here means they can start their employment journey with the NNUH in the best possible way and any new recruit to our department will need to show they can share and display that belief.

Experience of working in a recruitment environment and knowledge of employment law and and pre - employment checks are really important for this role, as is the ability to prioritise work and a strong attention to detail.

Duties will include preparing and posting adverts for vacant positions, undertaking the recruitment checks in line with legislation and trust policies and drafting contractual documents for new employees. Please read through the job description to find out more.
