We want to be even better and to help us achieve this vision we are looking to recruit an Employee Engagement and Wellbeing Officer to join our Workforce, OD & Inclusion Team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and pro-active individual who will support the Head of OD & Inclusion in shaping the culture of the Trust to one which is inclusive, diverse and acknowledges that people bring their whole self to work. The successful candidate will predominantly support the implementation of the Trust’s Staff Health & Wellbeing Programme but will also assist in various projects which aim to increase employee engagement, diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to organise and co-ordinate large projects at pace in addition to a positive, can do attitude which will engage and captivate a range of stakeholders from across the Trust. The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues is key to the role as is the ability to influence at all levels. We are looking for someone who is passionate about staff experience and is able to identify new and innovative ways in which to support staff wellbeing and engagement. The ability to work with external colleagues is key as are skills in engaging people through effective comms - increasing our social media presence will be a large part of the role.
