Diabetes Link Nurse - Band 5

Are you a nurse that has passion for working with patients that have Diabetes , An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join our adult community based Diabetes Specialist Nursing team in Herts Valley.

The post holder must be highly motivated and be willing to develop their knowledge in order to provide nursing care for people with diabetes, their families and education for other health care professionals.

If successfully appointed at Band 5, there will be an opportunities to develop further within the team, and training will be provided .

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
