We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Consultant Gynaecologist to join our exciting new Gynaecology Services team.

Key Responsibilities

The Gynaecology Clinical Advisor Clinical Advisor will be required to provide expert advice, guidance and support in relation to all Gynaecology Service matters across the Healthcare division of Omnes Healthcare. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the operational service managers, directors, quality governance managers and business development team. You will support our Clinical and BD teams to evaluate contractual and data, provide feedback, education and advice to Gynaecology Contract Providers to support the assessment of quality and value for money for each contract. You will also be required to collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape company Gynaecology Service policies and procedures. You will be fundamental in the selection process to establish the Gynaecology clinical teams to enable operative service delivery, including reviewing the suitability of qualified applicants CVs and conducting clinical interviews.

The Gynaecology Clinical Advisor will act as a focal point internally and externally for Gynaecology services and will provide medical leadership, clinical support and subject matter expertise. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to a complex and diverse range of customers, clients and stakeholders. Therefore the ability to adapt, negotiate, influence and lead is essential.

This is a predominantly home-based post working 4 hours per week (Mon – Sun) with a requirement for occasional travel throughout England to attend meetings and visit services and staff in sites across a wide geographical area of the country as required, including to our Head Office in London SE1.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

•Proven experience as a Consultant Gynaecologist
•Track record for developing clinical and/or operational policy services
•Innovation in services delivery & management
