An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking for an Administrator Assistant to work within our Children and Young People's Specialist Nursing Administration team. The post holder will carry out entry of information relating to referrals in to the Children’s Specialist Nursing (CSN) teams on the SystmOne electronic patient record and other related administrative tasks as part of this supportive team.

The post holder will have good organisational skills, a range of office skills and knowledge of SystmOne Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you may have telephone contact with service users and professionals. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly approach and being enthusiastic are all required for this post.

Interviews to be held on Thursday 25th July at the Peace Children's Centre.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
