Validation & Performance Clerk 

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to be a key member of the 18 week Referral to Treatment (RTT) validation Team within the Trust.

The Trust is committed to ensuring all patients are treated within 18 weeks of referral and this role contributes to the delivery of all Referral to Treatment (RTT) targets. This post is integral to the validation of all 18 week pathways ensuring all data is accurate and taking any subsequent actions in order to maintain the Trust and Government targets.

Knowledge and understanding of the national Consultant-led Referral to Treatment (RTT) Waiting Time Rules and Guidance is essential. Demonstrable experience in analyzing data is essential, along with an understanding of NHS processes. You will need to be proactive, methodical and flexible in your approach, whilst working to extremely tight deadlines. Team working is essential along with excellent communication skills.
