Vacancy for a Receptionist

37.5 hours per week, to cover various shifts between 8:00am and 8:30pm Mon-Fri.

Approx 1 week in 8 work on a Sat 8:00am - 1:00pm, or a Sun 8:00am - 12:00pm

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Bridge Road Surgery. Being a team player is essential as are great interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, telephone skills and previous experience in a customer care environment are highly desired.

You will be expected to learn about 'care navigation' to help patients make the right choices about the clinician they may need to see. Full support and training will be given.

The ability to be flexible with shifts is essential to the role.
