The OX3+ Primary Care Network is a collaboration between The Manor Surgery and Hedena Health Ltd, working together with other local services and our community to enable better health for our local population. We are looking to recruit an outstanding Clinical Pharmacist to develop and manage medicines optimisation services to improve the quality and safety of care offered to our patients across both practices.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective clinical team. The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver an excellent service within general practice.

The practices are both based in Headington, Oxford and are modern and friendly with a strong focus on education and support for personal development. The post holder will be supported to develop their role to become a prescriber, if that qualification is not already held.

The post holder will work across the two practices, dividing their time as agreed. A competitive salary will be offered to reflect the successful candidates experience and qualifications.
