Team NNUH are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate individual to our newly created role as Governance and Risk Management Facilitator for our Emergency Department. The NNUH hosts the busiest Emergency Department in the East of England seeing over 120,000 patients every year.

This role will play a key part in continuing our #JourneytoOutstanding and ensuring that patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for an individual with excellent organisational, investigation and risk management skills who can support and develop a culture of learning from investigations, in order to deliver safer care for patients.

You will provide professional leadership to aid the development and implementation of effective risk management and governance strategies and processes across all areas of the emergency department.

Working closely with the Emergency Department Governance Leads and our senior leadership team, playing a vital part in our programme of continually developing and encouraging a culture focused on quality and patient safety across all members of the Multidisciplinary team.
