These posts will be required to work across the whole of Norfolk and Waveney and support all five Clinical Commissioning Groups but will be hosted by Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG. Post holders will be expected to travel across Norfolk and Waveney.

We are seeking to appoint three full time dietitians to work in a newly established dietetic team across Norfolk and Waveney. The team will work to support primary care with reviewing patients on oral nutritional supplements and provide education to primary care clinicians and care home staff on nutrition. The team will work to replicate and build on the work carried out in Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG to improve the quality of ONS prescribing and food fortification advice in primary care. The post holders will also work to develop key relationships with provider organisations to ensure a system wide approach to preventing and managing malnutrition. The team will provide support to GP practices and care homes in relation to any nutrition related queries.
