We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide effective PA support to the CCG Deputy Managing Director, Clinical Chair and Director of Primary Care Transformation.
This is a busy role and the post holder requires a flexible approach to work and working hours, be able to use their own initiative and work effectively with other team members.
Specific duties will include diary management, arranging internal/external meetings, inbox management, preparation of reports, daily management of general office duties and ensuring high levels of professional operation and support are evident at all times.
Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills are required together with highly effective written and verbal communication skills. Effective persuasive and negotiation skills will also be required.
Candidates should have extensive administration experience, and be educated to degree level, or be able to demonstrate relevant experience at this level. A proven standard of all round IT skills and the ability to plan and organise their own workload with minimum supervision is essential. They should also be able to use their own initiative and consistently drive for high quality customer service in line with the CCG values.
