LCH has been awarded the contract to deliver the new 0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service Contract.

We are looking for a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our forward thinking 0-19 Team. This exciting role will involve:

  • Working with administrative staff to ensure quality administrative support to the 0-19 Team.

  • Support the co-ordination of the service.

  • Undertake the analysis of data and support appropriate decision making regarding the presentation and dissemination of data and information.

  • To support the creation and production of reports, plans, risk and issues logs and other documents.

  • To manage a system of task tracking, ensuring all specified tasks are completed within the agreed timeframe and/or remedial action is put in place.

  • Support the maintenance of effective communication across the programme and with key stakeholders.

  • Adapting communication style as appropriate for the situation and support and influence managers and staff to deliver the projects aims

The 0-19 Team aims to be functionally integrated with Leeds City Council Children Centres across Leeds to ensure the most appropriate professional responds to the needs of children and families, through joint allocations, shared pathways and co-location.

The service is structurally integrated within LCH to deliver seamless interface between the portfolios of Community Child Health Services. These interfaces are underpinned by well-developed pathways, shared information systems and shared infrastructure.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. There will be no charge if you are enrolled in the DBS Update Service.
