Bay Medical Group is one of the largest GP Practices in the area and we are currently looking for a qualified Practice Nurses with experience in chronic disease management to join our friendly team in delivering excellent patient care and improving the health and well-being of the people of Morecambe.

In this role you will play an active part in helping develop other members of the team and will be able to influence the development and delivery of ourservices to our patients, which will enable you to make a real difference in the lives of our patients who are living with chronic disease. We can also provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge.

We have a supportive nursing team offering clinical supervision and regular team meetings. The Practice also has a full complement of administrators, receptionists, managers, pharmacists, ACP's, Physician Associates and GP’s.

Whilst we have the benefits of being a large organisation, in operating from 5 sites in Morecambe, we have the smaller practice feel which enables you to get to know your colleagues and patients.

This role is to provide Lead Practice Nurse services and is full time although part time may be considered.
