We are looking for compassionate and committed Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Recovery and Rehabilitation division in the Trust providing high quality mental health care to people with psychotic illnesses the division’s goal is to support recovery, to promote mental and physical wellbeing and optimize independence and social inclusion.

The division work with a range of clients including individuals who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis and are homeless.

We have an exciting opportunity at Lime Tree Gardens One Housing residential community service. The One housing group (recently nominated for a Health Service Journal Award) provides housing support and key working to 24 service users with complex mental health.

The post requires Registered Mental Health Nurse who can work with a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide a care coordinator role and offer clinical input as an employee of Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust. This unique role allows the individual to gain and work flexibly with the support of One Housing colleagues.
