Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. We are the Lead Employer for Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) which aims to transform, develop and deliver health care services in the community.

Following an NHSI initiative to establish 29 Pathology networks across England the University Hospital of North Midlands is currently working closely with Mid and East Cheshire NHS Trusts to establish a Pathology network across Staffordshire and Cheshire.


An opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated individual to join our Corporate Informatics Teams at Mid-Cheshire Hospitals Foundation Trust Hospital for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment.

Accurate and timely information is critical for the success of the Trust. The Information department within the Business Intelligence Unit plays a pivotal role in supplying high quality information for patient care, operational, management and statutory purposes.

The successful candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel experience, Microsoft Access or SQL desirable.  It would be advantageous to have a NHS background.

The role involves making statutory returns, extracting data, analysing data, clearly presenting and communicating information for general information requests from several sources to a high level of accuracy and meeting deadlines.
