  • Medium secure services on the St Bernard’s Hospital site in Ealing
  • Services for people with complex and severe personality disorder at the Cassel Hospital in Richmond
  • High secure services at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire

West London NHS Trust is delighted to have been awarded the contract to provide community services in Ealing. We have formed a partnership (Ealing Community Partners) with Central and North West London NHS Trust (CNWL), The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust and a number of other partners to provide community services throughout Ealing. We have an ambitious vision for integrated health & social care services across Ealing and will strive to deliver high standards of care with the aim of improving access to services and the quality of life for all of our patients.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Information and Business Intelligence Team, as a Business Information Manager, focusing on Community Health Services. The post holder will be responsible for the production and development of contractual and statutory reporting as well as developing internal and external reporting to support operational core business and clinical decisions.

The post holder will have extensive experience in working with contractual and statutory NHS returns, performance monitoring, activity forecasting, SQL, and understanding and experience of working with NHS Key Performance Indicators, internal and external stakeholder engagement. You will be highly skilled in data manipulation, analysis and presentation, with experience of using business intelligence (BI) tools.

The successful candidate should expect to work in a fast paced environment, operating to key local and national deadlines. You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood way to non-information people but likewise have the ability to fully engage in technical conversations and debates with likeminded people to ensure the best solution is adopted.

The role will be based on site at Trust Headquarters, but travel will be expected to other sites as and when required.
