£37,570 - £43,772 per annum pro rata

Ruby lodge is a specialised, 7 bedded unit designed to work with young people up to the age of 17 year olds, who have a diagnosis of a moderate to severe learning disability with an additional mental health condition.

The unit has a well-staffed and dynamic multi-disciplinary team who offer an intensive period of assessment including; Psychiatry, Nurses, OT's, Social work, Speech and Language Therapy and Teachers etc.

We are looking for a motivated and hard working person, who will support the team with assessment, formulation, and therapeutic input for young people as well as supporting the wider team in delivering Psychologically informed care.

This post will sit within the wider Psychology Team which supports all of the inpatient lodges at the Becton site who will offer support and supervision. In addition Sheffield has a large number of Clinical Psychologists working into child services and there are many opportunities for CPD and cross training events.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
