Band 7 Respiratory Physiotherapist An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Respiratory Care Physiotherapist, to join our multi-disciplinary Respiratory Care Team across North West Surrey. To succeed in this post you will have experience of managing patients with chronic respiratory disease as a Band 6 Physiotherapist in a health setting. The successful candidate must have good communication and organisational skills with a flexible approach to meet the ever-changing needs of the service. They must have the ability to provide a comprehensive and co-ordinated range of specialist respiratory physiotherapy applying highly specialist knowledge and skills across the total range of respiratory impairments, including asthma, COPD, and pulmonary rehabilitation services. This multidisciplinary team works across both primary and secondary care managing and supporting patients with respiratory disease. We support unplanned admission avoidance where appropriate, provide early discharge programmes, community clinics and are involved in Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Ambulatory Oxygen prescription, research, Breathe Easy groups, HOSAR and other innovative schemes. You will have experience of working autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team. The team strives to ensure evidence based practice and audits their service regularly. We are offering an opportunity to build upon your specialist physiotherapy respiratory knowledge and develop further skills in the area of respiratory care.


Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI National Insurance in the usual way.We don’t operate Golden Hellos for Band 7 or Band 8 posts, Bank posts or fixed term contracts.
