The Physiotherapy department has an exciting career development opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to develop their career and gain experience while supported by the Cardiac Surgery and Transplant Physiotherapy Team Leader. This post offers the opportunity to develop both clinical and team leadership skills in this specialist area.

Applicants must demonstrate experience in physiotherapeutic management of cardio-respiratory conditions within in a medical setting. Candidates must be a team player, highly motivated and committed to personal and others development, with good communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to be flexible.

The post-holder will be expected to participate in late shifts, on call and weekend working, based on a seven day shift pattern, in all areas of the hospital (including Critical Care, Surgical and Medical wards).
