Are you qualifying as a Registered Nurse in February 2020?

We are now accepting applications from Student Nurses who are due to qualify in February 2020 to work in a variety of clinical areas at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital or Cheltenham General Hospital.

Our clinical areas include:

  • Acute Care & Emergency Departments (inc. rotational opportunities for exceptional candidates);

  • Cardiology, Respiratory, Gastroenterology, and Renal Wards;

  • Care of the Elderly Ward (attracts a 7% enhancement, see info below);

  • Stroke & Neurology Units (attracts a 7% enhancement, see info below);

  • General and Specialist Surgical Wards;

  • Trauma & Orthopaedic Wards (inc. our exciting new rotational programme);

  • Theatres & Recovery (inc. opportunities to rotate between teams);

  • Intensive Care Units;

  • …and many other areas

    We are holding an open and assessment day on day on Saturday the 14th of September between 10:00 and 13:00 at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital for those interested in joining our Trust.

Interviews will be held for all applicants that attend on Saturday the 14th of September where you will have a chance to meet our Matrons as well as have a tour of our hospital site.
