At Jeesal Residential Care Services we specialise in providing a caring and nurturing environment to support people with developmental disabilities live fulfilling lives.
We are looking for a kind and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team of care professionals at our residential home in Hellesdon, Norwich, providing residential care for individuals who have complex behaviours resulting from the issues around their learning disability and/or autism. Whether you are an experienced Support Worker or are new to the sector and seeking a fresh challenge, we want to hear from you.
Middletons Lane opened in 2011, newly converted to provide one-bedroom apartments for six individuals with a learning disability and associated needs. It was specifically designed as a specialist service, providing residential care to individuals who may at times present with challenging behaviour and require 1:1 support. We promote independence and individuality following a supported living model, whilst meeting the individual’s needs for high support levels.
