0.8 wte, actual salary £35,476 - £37,494 per annum (inclusive of Higher Cost Allowance)

North London Hospice is a registered charity which has been providing high-quality individualised care for patients and their families since 1984. We help those with a potentially life-limiting illness who have specialist needs. North London Hospice is a regional Gold Standards Framework (GSF) centre offering the ‘GSF in Care Homes’ training programme.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced nurse to join our Education team. You will need to take a partnership, multi-professional approach to the delivery of palliative/end-of-life care education and practice development both internally within the Hospice and externally across local health and social care organisations, care homes and community teams. With enthusiasm for and experience of teaching and learning in healthcare, you will have effective IT and presentation skills.

The post holder will ensure the development, delivery and evaluation of high-quality education programmes.

Based at Finchley site, but working across our geographical area of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.

Car driver and owner essential; as is flexibility with regards to working hours as some education sessions may be in the evening.
