Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. We are the Lead Employer for Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) which aims to transform, develop and deliver health care services in the community.

The Trust has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following the recent inspection of its services and leadership and Mid Cheshire Hospitals Foundation Trust has been named a Top40 hospital at CHKS Top Hospital Awards 2019.

Our clinical facilities are excellent, as we have invested in state of the art theatres, Critical Care, Emergency Department and our Childrens Wards (to name but a few). We have also invested in our people, ensuring we have the right number of the right people delivering care, fostering a culture of compassion, support and excellence.

Following an NHSI initiative to establish 29 Pathology networks across England the University Hospital of North Midlands is currently working closely with Mid and East Cheshire NHS Trusts to establish a Pathology network across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

The transformation team uses an inclusive approach to deliver change that is patient focussed and clinically led. We believe that change should be supported, aspirational and credible. We are a small friendly and supportive team and we are looking for someone to join us. We are looking for an experienced project manager however we are keen to consider a developmental position at B7 for someone keen and enthusiastic with a desire to increase their overall project management experience.

This post will provide the opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to influence the experience of patients who require admission and ward based care as well as working with community partners to improve admission avoidance. We can offer formal and informal learning opportunities and support including the opportunity to present your work in a wider forum. You will need to be focussed, able to work at pace and bring people along with you. To ensure we achieve quality outcomes for our patients you need to be able to produce measurement strategies, analyse data and produce reports and presentations for different audiences.
