An exciting and unique opportunity for an enthusiatic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join Embrace, Yorkshire and Humber Infant and Children's Transport Service. The successful candidate should have a strong background in either Paediatric or Neonatal Intensive Care. Previous transport experience is not required but is desirable.

The role of the ANP is dynamic and the post-holder will be proactive in pioneering and further developing this role reflecting their individual needs as well as challenging healthcare demands and advances in clinical practice. The post is intended to provide effective nursing leadership, clinical expertise, advice, support and essentially the provision of high quality care to children and families from the first point of contact to the final unit destination.

The post holder will be expected to exercise a high degree of personal professional autonomy and make critical judgements, to satisfy the expectations and demands of the role. They will be expected to develop practice within clinical protocols and pathways of care through quality improvement, audit, research and education within the multi-disciplinary team.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
