We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, innovative and flexible Screening practitioner with the ability to priorities a potentially demanding and diverse workflow and to work on his/her own initiative and as a member of a growing team.

The post holder will possess excellent written communication skills, the ability to organise a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure. You must be able to motivate yourself and other team members to meet service needs, and be flexible to the needs of the service with a “can do” attitude.

Candidates will be committed to continuous professional development, possess excellent communication organisational and managerial skills, and the passion to deliver to the highest standard. Excellent team working and prioritization skills are crucial.

We are a busy service and the post holder will be expected to work on his/her own initiative and as a part of a team. You will be required to work Monday – Friday, working hours in line with service needs and to cover an occasional weekend shift if and when required.

You will have regular supervision, and an annual appraisal with learning opportunities

Above all, candidates must be will be strong team players with plenty of initiative, imagination and determination to make a difference
