We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our team and work as RTT (Referral to Treatment) Pathway Coordinator and Validator within our Neurosciences Non-Admitted Department. There would be a high level of contact with patients and colleagues from all professions and you will be expected to work in the Administrative Offices. Post holder will be responsible for monitoring and validating the non-admitted Patient Tracking List.

Applicants should be well organised with excellent communication and IT skills. The successful candidate will be a logical thinker and have an in-depth understanding of the 18 week referral to treatment waiting time standard and associated processes. You should be able to work using your own initiative and be a key team player. Successful candidates will report and validate incomplete patient pathways that have a unoutcomed and uncashed from patient’s last appointment and identifying future long waiters and potential breach patients.

This role and the post holder will be expected to acquire a high level of expertise in the PTL, ERS, EPR and PIMs systems and to continue to help improve and develop the administrative processes based on their own experiences and learning from the services.
