Currently two of the ESPs also carry a clinical caseload in the physiotherapy department and help support the supervision and clinical development of staff.

The successful candidate will have a caseload comprising of referrals from GPs, iMSK and inpatient orthopaedics. They will have the ability to use their initiative, communicate with sensitivity and empathy and be an effective team worker. Sound organisational abilities together with basic IT and keyboard skills are also essential for this role.

You will be required to work on the weekend Orthopaedic rota.
