Our ‘At Scale’ HR Service team works in partnership with MLCSU managers and colleagues to deliver expert professional HR Services.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and resilient HR professional to work as a HR Advisor who will provide exceptional operational support to specific functions within the Commissioning support unit. You will have the ability to work independently whilst being fully supported in your operational duties by a HR Business Partner .

This role will be pivotal in providing an efficient, responsive and expert workforce service to the CSU, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver the strategic objectives of the organisation

You will have a sound understanding of employment law, as well as excellent interpersonal, networking and organisational skills which support the ethos of outstanding customer service. Previous experience of working in the NHS and dealing with NHS terms and conditions is desirable.

The post will involve communicating effectively and working closely with all levels of staff and managers and a varied range of professional bodies and external organisations to ensure the provision of a first class human resource service.

Due to the geographical spread of the organisation there will be some significant travel required for this role. You should therefore have the ability to fulfil the travelling requirements of the post.
