We are looking to appoint an ambitious individual to the role of Patient Pathway Support in our busy Cardiology Department. This is a great opportunity to become a key part of an established team supporting the consultants, nurse specialists and cardiac physiologists in providing first-class patient care in line with government treatment time targets.

You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way but be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills. You must be confident, diplomatic and able to work in a busy environment with a pleasant disposition. You will be required to have a good level of education and have some experience and knowledge of the NHS and ideally experienced in the use of the Outpatient Module of the Care Record Service system (CRS). The successful post holder will be expected to cover colleagues in times of sickness and annual leave across our Emergency Services Division. Full training will be given on IT systems.
