The Role:

The Partnership Lead will be responsible for the contract and relationship management in the Improved Access Services (IAS). The team delivers 3 IAS contracts (Brighton & Hove; High Wealds, Lewes & the Havens; Eastbourne Hailsham, Seaford & Bexhill) and whilst they all have the same aims and outcomes, the delivery and partnerships are unique to each contracts.

The role holder will manage commissioning and provider relationships and lead on service development and innovation. They will be responsible for financial management of the contracts ensuring service delivery and financial reporting is in place. They will contribute to the strategic direction ensuring it has the resources to meet contractual and corporate standards. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Lead and Service Manager to ensure delivery of these objectives.
