To meet our great ambitions, we are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Adviser to join our team.

The Learning & Development Adviser will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development function to deliver a comprehensive, efficient and professional education service to clinicians, managers and staff at all levels within the organisation in order to support the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives as defined within the People Strategy.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the Learning & Development function and have knowledge and proven success in the full Learning & Development cycle including co-ordination, design, delivery and evaluation.

You should be educated to degree level or equivalent experience and have experience of supporting a wide range of learning & development initiatives.
