Clinical Education Administrator

  • Band 3, £18,813 to £20,795 pa

  • Based at Banstead, Surrey (however this may be subject to change)

The Clinical Education department at South East Coast Ambulance Service is seeking to appoint an effective administrator.

The role would suit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to provide office level support to programmes of clinical education in a large and developing ambulance service.

The administrative function is vital in providing the support to the Clinical Education team, students and members of staff in attendance on education programmes and events and accurate record keeping of attendance.

This role would provide cross platform administrative support to all areas of the department and be a point of contact for enquiries surrounding educational matters.

The successful applicant will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; will have accurate IT and keyboard skills with experience of working with MS Office packages; and will have experience of data entry using IT systems.

Knowledge and understanding of the key principles of Data Protection and Confidentiality are essential. The ability to undertake a range of administrative duties effectively is essential, as is a good standard of written English.
