Help Me Quit is a free NHS service which aims to give smokers the best chance to quit. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled communicator to join our Help Me Quit Hub team to provide telephone smoking cessation support to smokers across Wales.

The successful candidate will join the team based in the heart of the city of Cardiff at Capital Quarter 2, which is only a short walk from Cardiff Central Railway Station.

If you have effective verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working with the public and are able to cope under pressure in a busy and challenging working environment then we would be keen to hear from you and welcome your application.

This post is being offered on a permanent basis.


The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role and the successful candidate will be required to work some evenings and Saturdays.
