We are delighted to be looking to recruit Health Visitors to join our 4 well established Early Help teams.

 

You will be co-located with the other members of the Early Help team which offers an excellent opportunity for effective partnership working. Working within these teams you will deliver universal and targeted health visiting services in a defined geographical location, in line with The Healthy Child Programme.

 

The early help record and team around the child processes are well embedded in Swindon, with the whole of the early help team fully engaged.

 

The successful candidate must be a qualified Health Visitor or be undertaking the SCPHN programme for Health Visiting, and must be motivated and committed to delivering high quality evidence based service to children and their families.
