Ridgacre Medical Centres is a highly regarded group of GP surgeries based in the Quinton and Nechells areas of Birmingham offering a comprehensive range of medical services. We are part of a large group of GP practices known as Our Health Partnership and are proud to have been be rated as Outstanding by CQC for the second time earlier this year.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Health Care Assistant on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a motivated and committed person to join our supportive, enthusiastic and friendly team.

The successful candidate will have needed to have General Practice experience in the following areas:

  • Phlebotomy
  • Supporting Minor Surgery
  • Assisting with Coil/Implant clinics
  •  Domiciliary Visits
  • Ear syringing
  • Basis Wound Management
  • Supporting nurses with Chronic Disease Management Clinics
  •  New patient/NHS checks and stock control

It is essential that they are car owner as will be required to work between sites and cover domiciliary visits.


Salary negotiable plus NHS Pension

Hours negotiable but ideally working between 4 to 5 days per week.
