An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse to join the dedicated team of Looked after Children at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic and forward thinking Nurse with significant experience at Band 5 or above who is keen to develop and expand their knowledge.

The post holder should have relevant experience in a Paediatric setting. Experience of working with Looked after Children and young people is desirable, but not essential.

The post holder will work as an integral part of a multi-agency service to provide a seamless pathway for the holistic care of Looked after Children and care leavers. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to use their own initiative. We are looking for someone with a commitment to continuing their professional development and the willingness to attend any relevant training to undertake this role.
