Essential Requirements: Able to demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy.

The Childhood Immunisation Team is looking for individuals to join their team over the flu season, We are seeking to recruit Health Care Support Workers, to support in school sessions this individual must be keen to learn, and full training and support will be given. Good communication skills, and the ability to acknowledge competence is essential.

This is an opportunity to work for the biggest provider of 0-19 services, and would appeal to people who are keen to move in to children’s community care. We have posts all over the North Yorkshire and Leeds locality.

There are positions for this job available in the following areas: Thirsk, Harrogate, York, East Coast and Leeds. Please specify in your supporting information which area you would like to work.

The post if a fixed term contract starting September and running till the Christmas break.

We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy being part of a strong team.

The childhood Immunisation team delivers immunisations to children in the 5-19 population in school and community settings. We are a term time only service who endeavours to make every contact count with children, young people and families. Good organisational and communication skills are essential. You must be flexible and keen to work as part of a strong team.
