An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and organized individual to support The Royal London Children’s Hospital Divisional Management Team in the effective running of its services. The team consists of the Divisional Director, the Associate Director of Nursing and the Divisional Manager. The PA role will be instrumental in the organisation and coordination of the service whilst we continue to develop the hospital’s brand and services to the children and families of North East London.

The successful candadite will have exceptional organisational and excellent communication skills as well as a pro-active and flexible approach. A sense of humour will be a must as will previous experience of administration and being a Personal Assistant.

The susseccful canidate will have excellent diary management, miniute taking and IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Oulook and PowerPoint. Above all they will understand and the need to uphold the strictest level of confidentiality in the work that they do.
