The Wirral is easily accessible to major airports and has excellent transport links including motorway, train, bus or ferry and within easy reach to the major cities of Liverpool, Chester and Manchester as well as neighbouring North Wales.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated administration assistant with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to join the pharmacy administration team based at Arrowe Park Hospital.

The ideal candidate must have considerable administrative experience and an in depth knowledge of Microsoft office systems, be methodical and accurate and pay attention to detail.

The post holder must be able to prioritise busy schedules, work to tight deadlines and possess the following qualifications

 

    • Business Administration NVQ 2 or 1 years equivalent experience

 

    • Information Technology NVQ 2 or ECDL or equivalent

 

    • RSA level 3

 

Administrative duties include accurate data entry, inputting annual leave and sickness absence, organising meetings, distributing agenda and taking minutes. Other duties include creating and formatting excel spreadsheets, preparation of local inductions and general admin duties.
