St Paul's Medical Centre is a busy GP practice situated in the North Shore area of Blackpool serving a population of approximately 11,500 patients.   Our motto "we care for you, we care about you" is embedded in the practice ethos aiming to offer a high standard of care to our patients and we are therefore seeking to attract a like-minded individual to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to assist in the delivery of all aspects of Primary Care Services to work in a friendly, high performing and forward-thinking practice.  This post is for up to 37.5 hours per week.

- High QOF achievements

- GP training practice for ST1/2 and 3 doctors

- CQC rating 'Good' April 2019

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with previous experience in Primary Care essential.  Additional interest in the management of one or more long-term conditions is desirable.
