Are you ready for a new challenge? Have you considered a role within the Emergency Surgical Assessment Unit? An exciting opportunity has arisen to invite candidates to the position of band 4 assistant practitioner.

We are a 14 bedded admissions ward that provides urgent care and assessment for a diverse range of acutely unwell surgical patients. We also have an ambulatory care area, that comprises of a trolley and chair area, providing initial assessment for patients referred via their general practitioners. No day is ever the same; it is a fast paced area that provides excellent patient care.

We are a supportive and positive team that strives to provide an environment that is enjoyable to work in, supportive and actively encourages staff to progress and learn. We welcome people from all backgrounds of nursing and welcome the different skills and expertise you could bring to our unit.
