Job Title: Apprentice Administration Assistant

Hours: Fixed term contract over 13 months, 35 hours per week

Salary: Gloucestershire Care Services Trust Apprentice Terms and Conditions £10,132 pa, £5.18 per hour

We are pleased to announce a new Apprentice Administration Assistant based Gloucester

We are pleased to announce an Apprentice Administration Assistant role within our Gloucester Podiatry Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust working within the Podiatry team providing a range of administrative support functions essential to the provision of quality community health services for adults in the community.

The successful applicant will receive Induction and training appropriate to the activities he or she will undertake, and following this induction period will be enrolled to the Level 2 Business and Administration Diploma training.

The role is extremely varied and requires the ability to deal with a wide range of duties. The successful candidate will join a small but experienced admin team who are greatly valued by members of the established team and contribute to the continuing development of administrative support.

Applicants should evidence an ability to be calm under pressure and a willingness to undertake and learn new tasks. A range of communication skills, verbal and written, are essential for this role and an ability to manage challenging situations and people presenting with a range of needs in a sensitive and confidential manner.
