An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic nurse practitioner to join our clinical team at the Royal London Hospital Ear, Nose and Throat Department. The department provides a comprehensive range of emergency and elective services to the local community in addition to acting as a referral centre for some of the most complex procedures and tertiary referrals, including trauma and oncology.

The successful applicant will work as an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team which also includes colleagues in Audiology, Speech and Language therapy and Oncology, and will be responsible for helping to run a seamless, high quality service for ENT patients.

The post holder will have the opportunity to work alongside experts in their field of head and neck surgery, facial plastics and rhinology, voice disorders, paediatric ENT, otology and complex airway management.

By being part of the Bart’s Health Trust and through our strong partnership with the local CCG, GPs, academic institutions and other stakeholders, you will be able to develop further and implement our pioneering ENT service. The post holder will play a major leadership role and support the staff to provide excellent patient care while having responsibility for the professional development of the nurses and the team. The post holder will need to demonstrate previous experience in the field of ENT nursing as well as an up to date knowledge of issues and opportunities of working in an integrated multidisciplinary care team.
