We are recruiting Health Care Support Workers within our Critical Care, Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, Thoracic Medicine, Cardiology Ward areas and Cath Labs. This variety of areas means you can find a role to enhance your skills and progress your career.

The Trust provides support for all healthcare support workers to complete mandatory training including the Care Certificate and a Clinical Apprenticeship. We also offer a progression pathway for the right candidate, giving training and support to advance to more senior positions.

This post will be based at Royal Papworth Hospital Cambridge Biomedical Campus

Selection Day takes place from 08:45 until 16:00. The selection process includes a literacy & numeracy test, a written exercise, a scenario, group and individual interviews.
