Bronchoscopy Suite (Cath) Nurse

Band 5

Full Time (37 ½ hours per week)

Papworth has a long history of pioneering medicine and our new hospital will provide us the ability to continue developing our ground-breaking work.

Our Bronchoscopy Suite forms part of our Cath Labs and are vital in providing life saving cares to patients by helping help to diagnose and to treat conditions of the airways and lungs.

What is a bronchoscopy Nurse?

We are a small but enthusiastic team who are part of the Cath Lab staff and help perform routine investigations such as diagnosis of difficult lung infections, inflammatory conditions and tumours in the lung. We also assist in more complex bronchoscopic procedures, airway stenting and bronchoscopic cryosurgery and electrocauter

You do not need to have previous bronchoscopy Lab experience to join our team as we will provide comprehensive training.
