Southwark Clinical Commissioning Group has an exciting opportunity for a Continuing Healthcare Clinical Commissioner to join our Nursing and Quality Team with a focus on Adult and children eligible for continuing healthcare funding.

You possess excellent clinical knowledge; you have an ability to solve problems and a team player. We want to hear from nurses who are passionate about improving services for adults and children. This role will give you the opportunity to work as part of a multi-professional team across health, social care, community health services and the acute sector with a clear patient focus. Previous applicants need not apply.

We welcome informal discussions from perspective candidates. Please contact our head of nursing Bernadette Buckley or Senior Clinical Commissioner Bukky Omopariola on 0207 525 3850

We look forward to hearing from you.
