Band 2 £17,652 to £19,020 per annum

Permanent Post/Full time 37.5 hours per week

Finance Department - Financial Accounting Team

We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Assistant to work in the busy Accounts Receivable team

Primary duties will include :

  • Raising invoices promptly on receipt of invoice requests, using the Oracle invoicing system.
  • Responding to and resolving queries raised by patients, staff, customers and other NHS organisations.
  • Assisting with the cashiering and banking duties.
  • Processing credit and debit card payments over the phone.
  • Downloading reports from ledger system into Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Liaising and assisting with Internal and External Auditors as required.
