We are a large NHS Mental Health Trust in South East England and are looking for people to help us provide high quality services for the patients, carers and local communities that we serve.

We want patients and staff to recommend our organisation as a place where they would be happy for their friends and family to be treated. You can help us to do this by bringing your skills, experience and commitment to Sussex Partnership.

Sussex Partnership is an equal opportunities employer, with a sincere commitment to our people’s health and emotional wellbeing and as such, we have signed the Time to Change pledge and provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.

In addition, our workforce is currently under-represented by people from Black and Minority Ethnic and Disabled communities. We welcome applications from people of these communities as we want our workforce to reflect the communities we serve.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated our services good, following their most recent inspection, and outstanding in the caring domain.

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is 5,000 passionate and dedicated clinicians and support staff, working hand in hand with partners in the community to care for and support vulnerable people. Together, we provide mental health, learning disability, substance misuse and prison healthcare throughout Sussex, along with a range of specialist services across the South East of England and beyond. In recognition of the critical role that information and IT play in our service delivery the Trust has invested significantly in major change programmes which will see the transformation of our IT and clinical systems.

Would you like to play an integral role in our newly formed IT Team? As a specialist engineer in the Systems team you will be working with a wide range of current software including Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and 2016 and Windows Server 2012 and 2016. You will be involved in a wide range of exciting projects taking in many new technologies, including Skype for Business, SCCM, a brand new clinical system and many more.

We are looking for someone with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to learn new skills, as well as utilising those they already possess, to participate in all aspects of work that the Systems team cover; from resolving calls logged by our Service Desk to being an important part of major projects.
